As the price of crude oil keeps on rising everyday, more and
more people are getting frustrated and are looking for ways
to reduce their car's gas consumption. Recently, there is increased
awareness among many drivers of a technology that uses plain
water to supplement the cars' gasoline consumption. Called a
water fuel conversion kit, it is a simple add-on to the current
car engine that uses car battery to carry out an electrolysis
on water to produce Hydroxy gas (HHO).
The principle behind getting a vehicle to run on water is simple.
Ordinary water from the tap is converted into hydrogen and oxygen
in their gaseous state, and this is burnt in the engine instead
of gasoline. This is quite an uncomplicated process, as power
to burn the hydrogen and oxygen is obtained easily from the
existing battery and electrical system of the car, which is
then plugged into the carburetor, aided by some simple contraptions.
The kit consists of a quart-size (95O cc) container which is
placed somewhere under the hood. It is filled with DISTILLED
WATER and a little bit of BAKING SODA. The device gets vacuum
and electricity (12 Volts) from the engine, and produces HHO
gas (Hydrogen+Oxygen). The HHO gas is supplied to the engine's
intake manifold or carburetor.
Apart from the cost factor which is practically negligible
when compared to those of gasoline, this method is also perfectly
safe for the environment. As the byproduct of the reaction that
causes energy is H2O steam and unburnt O2, it will be doing
the duty of cleaning up the environment rather than polluting
it, as more oxygen is let out into the atmosphere. Thus making
your engine calmer, quieter which will last longer and reducing
your maintenance costs. It also Increases the gas mileage by
at least 40% and boosts the performance of the car.

I've purchased the following three manuals and have built an electrolyzer from each. These are listed in order of highest review.
